The Seasons of Cherry Creek Expansion to be "Built Green"
RedPeak Properties' newest development, the 148-unit expansion of The Seasons of Cherry Creek, will be the first for-rent multifamily community part of Built Green Colorado's multifamily pilot program. As part of the pilot, RedPeak will implement "green" standards designed to increase energy efficiency by 15% above code at this 148-unit luxury apartment development. These environmentally tactics will include:
